Jumping into the GTA housing market can be quite intimidating for 1st time home buyers like us but Marc and Sara made the whole process a positive and satisfying one. He's lived in the area, where we wanted to look for a home, for 20 years and coupled with his expertise in real estate and relocations, we couldn't have found a better agent. Just tell him what you are looking for and in short time, he'll educate you on the area, schools, safety, etc and a report on all of the homes that have sold recently together with what is currently available. He's already anticipated all of the hurdles for you and will shepherd you through the whole process. He's also a relocation consultant, which helps if you're moving to a new area.
Don't let their relative youth fool you. Behind the un-pretentious, down to earth disposition is a very capable, astute, tenacious and savvy agent. I was particularly impressed with his advice on the true value of the property and with the competent manner in which he negotiated the sale of our home. He knows how to get it done.
If you are buying or selling property, - especially if its your first time, you should go to Marc Battista first. Companies or Universities with relocation needs for in-coming staff would be very satisfied with Marc.
